We are so sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you! You have 14 days from when your order was purchased/delivered to return for store credit, in the form of a gift card. No price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Since we offer discounted/free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your order number in your return! Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled!
*Damaged items must be be reported within 2 days of receiving!
What can be returned?
- items that are UNWORN & unwashed with original tags attached
- items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant
- items purchased at regular price
*originial receipt/order number required!
What cannot be returned?
- items that have been worn or washed
- items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
- items with dog hair or deodorant
- jewelry + accessories
* Items purchase during a SALE, sale items
* items purchased with a discount code (anything over a 15% discount code)
We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued!
HOW DO I GET STORE CREDIT?
Store credit will be issued via email as a gift card after your eligible return is received, your store credit is good for 90 days.

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, it is at your cost to return ship to you.
Returns are processed every 3-4 days!
We will issue you store credit for the returned items minus original shipping and handling fees once returns are processed.
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will need to purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT! IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST WHILE IN TRANSIT YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE OR CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.
*IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER FOR IN STORE PICKUP, ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS* If they have not been picked up at this time items will be donated.
